ALONE operates an outreach service for older people in emergency situations or suffering from hardship.
ALONE provides affordable accommodation in life-long tenancies for older people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
ALONE residents are supported by professional staff through individualised care plans which focus on maximising their independence for as long as possible.
Through weekly visits, 150 trained and Garda-vetted ALONE volunteers offer companionship to older people who would otherwise be lonely or isolated.
ALONE campaigns to keep the issues that affect our service users on the public agenda. Volunteers offer a programme of presentations to schools and are available to visit your business or community group.
