| Housing Support Workers link our residents to support services with the aim of enabling them to remain living in the community for as long as possible.
ALONE offers a responsive Housing Support Service which aims to sustain residents’ independent living and quality of life for as long as possible. Professional staff develop support plans with those who avail of the service, based on their needs and interests. Residents ask for support for a variety of reasons including when they are settling-in; if they are ill or need to spend some time in hospital; if they want advice about welfare benefits or external support services; if they are lonely.
