This report presents the findings from ALONE’s 2023 Annual Feedback Survey, which is essential for refining ALONE’s services and advocating for enhanced government support. The survey was distributed to 3,900 older individuals currently receiving or who had recently received support from ALONE, with 585 responses returned.

78% said they would recommend ALONE’s services to a friend.
80% were satisfied with the waiting time for visitation and befriending services, with 90% of those who used this service reporting a positive impact on their lives.
85% were pleased with the wait time for telephone support and befriending services, with the same percentage noting a positive impact on their lives.
Overall, the feedback was very positive, with most older people expressing high satisfaction with the support received and a willingness to recommend ALONE to others. The honest feedback about challenges and concerns is greatly valued and instrumental in informing ongoing improvements.
