  • Annual Salary Review (Our goal is to review salary ranges, bands, and benefits annually, linked to your performance management review)
  • Pension Scheme (Enhanced PRSA scheme eligibility at one year of service with a minimum employee contribution of 3%, supplemented by 5% from ALONE)
  • Paid Mileage (Substantially revised mileage claims on a tiered basis, subject to terms & conditions)
  • Death in Service (ALONE provides a lump sum benefit equal to 4 times your salary to your beneficiaries in the unfortunate event of death in service, applicable after completing the probation period.)
  • Travel Saver Scheme (Benefit from tax relief on public transport if processed through payroll)
  • Income Protection after 2 years’ service
Health & Wellbeing
  • 35 Hour Working Week (Full-time employees enjoy a 35-hour working week)
  • Annual Leave (24 days, increasing to 25 after 2 years in service)
  • Sick Pay Scheme (6 weeks of paid sick leave in a rolling 12-month period to support our Employees, available after completing the probation period)
  • HSF (ALONE has partnered with HSF Healthplan, offering health cash plans through salary deduction from May 2023)
  • Employee Assistance Programme (A 24-hour support programme for all our Employees, including GP telephone advice, virtual doctor, private prescription service, structured counselling/emotional wellbeing service, and a legal helpline)
  • Paid Maternity/ Paternity Leave (Available to Employees after 18 months of service)
