ALONE ECC Quarterly Report Q2 2026
In Q2 2026, ALONE newly supported 4,451 older people through the Enhanced Community Care (ECC) programme, helping them stay connected, supported, and independent at home. Almost 4,000 assessments were completed during the quarter.
The most common needs identified were physical health (58%), loneliness (41%), and mobility (40%). To help address these needs, ALONE delivered over 14,000 Support Coordination interventions, with 9 in 10 older people assessed receiving at least one intervention. Nearly 80% of interventions were successfully completed during the quarter.
Needs varied across regions, with physical health needs highest in the South West and West & North West, and loneliness highest in the Midwest.
These results show the ongoing demand for ALONE’s services and the value of working with local communities, health services, and partner organisations to help older people live well and remain independent for longer.
