ALONE places emphasis on the service provision quality. ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. This document is the Certificate of ISO issued by the Irish External Quality Assurers (EQA) in March 2023. It certifies that ALONE is in compliance with the standards of support services provision and advocacy, integrating community support for older adults through a process of based management systems. The current version of ISO 9001: 2015 sets out requirements for how to manage an organisation and adapt to changes focused on risk management. It demonstrates that ALONE is prepared for unexpected events and can manage their risks more effectively. This shows an organisation which can stay resilient and continue to provide good service, even in challenging times. The certification is valid until January 2026.
