The key achievements highlighted by the 2023 report include maintaining ALONE values while implementing the final year of the strategic plan, meeting all commitments to the Charity Regulator and Housing Regulator, maintenance of governance frameworks and quality of service provided, and ensure the sustainability of the organisation. After the financial review, the charity has assets of €35.4 million (2022 was €31.9 million), and liabilities of €10.9 million (2022 was €11.2 million) for an overall net increase of €3.79 million.
