This is ALONE’s current organisational strategic plan, which covers the years 2019-2024. These years have been particularly coloured by growth within the organisation as a result of increaasing demand for the services provided. The report describes ALONE’s mission, vision, and values as an organisation.
As the strategic plan demonstrates, ALONE advocates for every older person to have the opportunity to age comfortably and securely at home, with strong community connections. ALONE’s mission is to lead efforts that support positive ageing at home, enhance and expand services, drive innovation, pursue sustainable growth, and achieve its full potential. All activities are conducted in alignment with ALONE’s core values, emphassing compassionate actions, honesty, collaboration, and a commitment to fostering innovation.
The strategic goals of ALONE are as follows:
1. Lead the drive to age positively at home in Ireland
2. Strengthen National Network of Community Service Hubs
3. Innovate and Develop Social Enterprise
4. Develop Organisational Sustainability
5. Enhance Organisational Capacity for Growth
ALONE will launch a new strategic plan in 2025.
